Bio:
Todd Cooper holds an M.A. in Theology from Mt. Angel Seminary and an S.T.B. (Bachelor of Sacred Theology) from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome. He has worked for the Archdiocese of Portland since 1999. He is currently the Director of the Department of Special Ministries of the Archbishop. His passion for the Catholic faith inspires all that he does.
